Genuinely really good. I started in summer 2021 so this was my first time meeting anyone from Deloitte in person. Of course there was some corporate-y stuff but a lot of the breakouts helped with networking. If you haven’t been yet, I’d recommend connecting with members of your direct team before as a lot of the “down” time (like meals) can be spent with them. Also, the food was great.

I’d go again just for the food. But the program was very well done too.

I enjoyed it for all the reasons already mentioned by D1. Was great to finally meet people I’d worked with virtually and make new contacts.

This was only for USDC people assigned to the Lake Mary office. There's on in March for those aligned to the Mechanicsburg office and April for Gilbert.
People aligned with core will get invited or have already been to a similar event at DU.
I was one of the facilitators and thought it was really great, learned a bit myself and the energy and excitement was great. By the end of the 2 days I didn't talk with anyone that hasn't thought it had been anything but great.
Thought it was fun and very rewarding so I volunteered to be a facilitator in Mechanicsburg and would volunteered for Gilbert to but it's the same week I'm traveling to client site.
