I recently joined Deloitte as an Analyst - Finance in Enabling Areas

I have 1.5 YOE and my fixed CTC is 5LPA.
Is it too low? When can we expect salary revisions at Deloitte?

Does LTI provide reimbursement for WFH setup ?

Anyone move to BDO from Big4 in Tax at the Senior Manager or Director level? Thoughts on WLB, revenue goals, path to partner, development of staff, etc?

I have 5.2 years of experience into Salesforce development and TechM was offering me 11 lpa ctc 5 months back....For some reasons, I was compelled to join CTS which offered me only 9.6LPA.

Now I realise that I am being underpaid and also I see no growth in the kind of project I am working with here in CTS....

I have an offer of 14 LPA. How much should I ask for if CTS plans to retain me?? Please help me with this.... I don't have any clue of the retention policies here in CTS..

Hi all - does anyone know the opportunity for travel between EY firms internationally? Currently at Deloitte by looking to move somewhere where it’s easier to do time abroad and have heard EY is better for this. Thanks in advance.
