I’m new on the job search and still employed. I’m looking to grow further in the logistics industry. While I look for work, it’s a bit discouraging seeing how hundreds of people apply for positions I see on LinkedIn. I still apply because you never know and AI plays a huge effect in selections. Should I even bother applying when there are more than 100 applications?

Is it a red flag when a recruiter talks about unrealistic benefits like getting a chance to fly to another state just to visit the client HQ all expense-free? Or is it really a thing? Let me know if you have experience like this.

I have friends that have back office positions but never received an offer letter & their company still doesn’t use them now. Has anyone given notice & started a new position without an offer letter? For you experts... I’m a first-timer (pun!) buying lux watches. I’m looking at an updated model of a JSC (geographic), to be released sometime Q4 this year. MSRP is 12k few questions:
1) what is realistic price ballpark from an AD (I’m not in a hurry)
2) any advice for reaching out to ADs, especially given this isn’t yet released? I.e., any common mistakes to avoid?
3) MSRP includes leather strap, and looking at current model prices, metal strap adds ~2k to price. Sound right?

AD called and offered me a DJ41, azzurro blue dial, fluted bezel ref no. 126334. Visited AD last Sunday (10/02) for the first time. I feel fluted bezels are a bit flashy, but unable to decide if I should wait for a smooth bezel, given the wait times and uncertainty associated with Rolex. Any suggestions?
