Don’t, GT doesn’t do much in healthcare at all

like

Agree. They always said they want to grow healthcare in advisory, but never really did.

I would love thoughts on Vizient as far as culture and experience. Why are you considering a move?

like

Culture is great. Growth potential not good. Pay not good.

Didn't a few Vizient partners go to BRG?

What group in advisory at GT? Really depends on the group whether it's CFO, Tech or Operations. GT went through layoffs and a lot of the folks that remained, also ended up leaving.

like

@OP - I think it's called growth advisory now. They rebrand every few years. Not sure what you'll be doing for them, but the layoffs/folks leaving basically wiped out the few remaining folks. But most below the Partner/MD level are fairly new in the last two years. Yep, layoffs were part of the sale to private equity.

Vizient?

Feeling very frustrated right now…company talks a big game about DEI internally, while requiring new hires to move to Texas/Arizona, while the company’s PAC donates to politicians pushing extremist, regressive, anti-woman and anti-LGBT laws

They want to encourage us to “bring our whole self to work” while putting us in situations where we can’t be our whole self.

Anyone else in a similar place, feeling discouraged? Any tips?

I have 7 YOE and applied for a position that is L4. I feel as if I’m overqualified for the position, but the Recruiter told me that when they say L4, they are actually looking for someone with 6+ years of experience. Is this true? I feel like I should be looking at L5 with my experience

I’ve worked in sales for 12 years (8 years retail sales and management, 4 years inside tech sales and management). I’m feeling the burn and looking for something else in the tech field. I’m making $140k. I have a college degree but no marketing, engineering, or product experience. What other departments/jobs could I jump to and still keep close to my OTE? I’m pretty good at Salesforce and have thought about a SFDC admin type role, but that’s all I’ve thought of so far.

Hi Fishes need your suggestions please. I have an interview with PWC for GCP DE Manager, currently working in pure technical role as data engineer. YoE 12.5, cctc 10.5 and holding offers till 23.5 fixed and few more in pipeline, expecting till 27 with 40 days left in np. How much can I ask for a senior manager level in PWC AC Bangalore and how difficult is the work and transition from pure technical to managerial role? I am still bit reluctant to leave tech side, is it good in long run?
