Anybody work for Reliant Rehab? We’re in the mid-Atlantic region and our COTAs were told Friday they are getting 9% pay cuts. I’m fairly new with Reliant and I can’t help but feel deflated that this is how employees are treated given the environment. I heard 4% pay cuts last year too. Is this happening in other rehabs?

Hi everyone. This is probably not the best place to post this but searching for options everywhere right now. My mom is in an abusive living situation with the father of my siblings and I’m trying to find a place for her live. I live in DC and she has a stable job in Atl so living with me is not an option. She is unable to get an apartment due to poor credit and rental history. I’m willing to handle her rent, etc. If anyone is renting out a space or aware of someone who is please lmk.

Over the last three years my mfg company has had a lot of people leave and each time I take on the extra responsibility - from admin, payroll, benefits, compliance, safety, inventory and shipping. I literally do it all. And not only that, but I’ve eliminated and optimized a lot of wasteful processes in order to get it all done. I thought that it would all come with eventual pay increases since it saves the company over 300k in overhead. This whole time I should have been OE. I feel like a fool.

I set my 401k per paycheck contribution to max by year end. Currently at 16k but I’m quitting my job in a week and won’t have access to new job 401k for a month. Should I just put my entire last paycheck into this company’s 401k to fill it up?
