Thoughts on using AI to interview candidates and oversee more of the hiring process? One of the biggest concerns I keep seeing with this is how easy it is for the AI to reproduce the same biases present in the training data it is fed. Has anyone seen this happen already?

Hello fishes, I gave an interview with intelsat 5 business days ago and still haven't heard any feedback. The recruiter never called and sent an email invite for the 1st round and I had a 20minute call with the interviewer. Can I still wait for the feedback or let it go?
