For PwC fishes who left recently, how did you consolidate wealth builder into 401k within benefits express to avoid the 20% federal tax withholding that was described in the benefits package? I tried to do this online but it didn’t show as an option except to rollover to an existing IRA or take a final distribution. Do I need to call benefits express?

It’s the lie that gets you, not the deed...
No one gives AF. I had a 2.95. Resume said 3.2. And the minimum requirement was a 3.5.
Then why do you care?
OP’s not necessarily asking to cover a lie... for example, when I turned in my transcripts from 3 different schools, I was worried that I calculated my GPA wrong b/c of a difference in grading scale, transfer credit, etc.
I don’t know the answer to your question but HIGHLY doubt anyone would bother to recalculate it. Once you’re to that point in the process I don’t think anyone would care much
Yes it does
Fyi - my dad works at a background check company. Companies basically have two packages they can choose, an experienced hire package which doesn’t include a GPA check and a new hire package which does check your GPA (when you give consent when applying for the job)
@EY1 Get a grip. I didn’t lie.
Gpa confirmation? You mean do they go ask your school? No that would be a breach of federal law. Schools can only disclose your records with your expressed permission.
It is what it is I suppose. Different people would take it differently
They can see your GPA on your transcript.
Yeah, but when you have multiple transcripts you have to combine the GPAs. My point is sometimes the GPAs aren’t apples to apples so it’s hard to combine them.
Pretty easy to weight GPA scores... I think an accounting firm could figure it out.
You combine gpas across transcripts? Interesting I’ve never seen that. I’ve seen different approaches to this, especially when it comes to rounding. Some people absolutely think it’s lying to round, some don’t. So I can’t say what people would think of this.
