No proper diagnostic tools, cheap almost counterfeit parts. you get blamed for not fixing the units with their cheap parts that fail after one day. you get to work outside in the heat and cold. Management is inept at that shop.

Everything we want costs $620k+ and bc of rates it makes our mortgage estimates $3500+. We are currently paying $2k.
