Well you need to talk with your husband how are we going to manage work and life.make sure you both are on same page and he can stand for you if anyone interfere.make list of all household chores and distribute them.Hire maids and outside helps.
And if it does not work.tell him to choose if you will do all house chores you will leave job.we can't do everything.because once family starts to grow you will be more overwhelmed and tired and it's very depressing.
Household+ work itself is hard to manage. 2 months to marriage and still struggling..to maintain office days and wfh
I am experiencing the same now. I have been living abroad with my husband for the past 1 year. Managing work and housework was difficult but manageable. My in-laws have come for a visit for 3 months. It's been a month now and I can see it's impacting my work. I am unable to complete my task within deadlines and mostly occupied with cooking and household work. Initially I tried to set boundaries for them and myself but it didn't work. I think we just have to deal with this and manage somehow by extending sometime from our rest hours.
