Don’t join Wipro but why?

Internal employees are taking interview for internal employees but they are not selecting for the project.

If you give 98 question answer out of 100 they will not select.

They are telling your band is b3. But my manager will decide because budget issue.

Wipro is playing with employees. Externally Hire bulk wise don’t select internal wise.

They will hire you for internal project if you are getting low salary.

There is this big bank where I'd love to work at, and after several interviews for various positions they end up promoting someone from within, even thou I understand it and think it’s good they promote their people, it left me feeling like I'm just being used to comply with the process.

HR called me asking for expected salary.
I said 30 to 40 %, he said he will talk to business and come back
It's been 3 days since the hr call, I've not got any call yet.
How much I can ask for ?
Or I much I could have asked ?
