took an exam today and I left a little frustrated. I decided to take the 15min break (timer paused) to go to the restroom. I checked out and came back to the front desk to check in again. The lady at the desk looked at my ID and told me to go back in, so I did and started my exam again. Next thing I see her coming back a few mins later to tell me that she forgot to search me (security check) and that I needed to come back out. Should I raise this with NASBA? Took her another 5 mins just to check

What do you want NASBA to do? Give you your 5 minutes back?

likefunny

You should definitely let prometric know.

like

Hmm doesn't hurt to let them know.

I get that maybe losing about 10 mins in total may not be a big deal to some but I was really running out of time and needed every second. What are your thoughts? If I raise with NASBA will it seem like I’m just trying to fish for additional points? 🤷‍♀️

They literally won’t do anything. I would move on and pray for a pass.

I had a lady accuse me of smuggling in a pen mid exam (it was a pen she gave me) and I was so upset/distracted but ended up passing.

I think you should, but tbh from what I've heard, they're not really going to do anything about it if it was less than 15 mins

California peeps. I have a feeling I failed FAR, which is my last exam, but my score isn’t released until May 11. Can I submit the reapplication with the CA Board of Accountancy to speed up the retake and NTS process in case I failed? Or do I need to get my exam score first? I need to pass by mid June, else my REG score expires, hence the rush to resubmit the re-application.
