We are exploring having a third party come in and assess our I&D efforts across our company. We have many locations across North America. Is anyone aware of an entity who does this? We have found questionnaires through target organizations and have done anonymous employee surveys but are hoping to find someone who can do an assessment for gender, minorities, disabilities, 2SLGBTQ+, etc. and provide feedback on the actual employee experience and where we may have blind spots.

Does anyone have knowledge of the financial crimes practice in KPMG? I am interviewing for a position to move there from a current forensics position. The KPMG recruiter explained that its an extremely small practice and I wouldn't be doing a lot of the "grunt" work any more like clearing alerts in AML etc. I was wondering if anyone could shed some light on what this practice really does? SigOs on retreats? Partner over a small, specialized team in a smallish non-profit consulting firm fully remote for a few decades . For a few years my team was 2-3 FT staff (myself included). We had a retreat 1-2 times a year, usually in a city where we were support client work. Sometimes staff would bring a partner along and we'd meet up on the "optional dinner" w mandatory events team-only. I figured we'd meet each other's loved ones and families if we worked in an office.
