I have to have an official ADA convo with HR about requesting to continue to WFH and not move back to NYC. Has anyone gone through this process?

Why most of MNCs offering remote or pwfh jobs only to their US employees but not to indian employees?

Is there anyone or company offering a fully remote healthcare position. Currently I’m working as a reimbursement specialist at a healthcare agency.

I am a 10 yr lawyer. 7 yrs in my practice area. Little over a year at current firm. Still an associate. Im at large plaintiff firm w/ billable requirements. I do mass/class cases and hold a couple leadership positions (these were competitive to get). What should salary be and when should I make partner. I’ll add I work remote and pretty autonomously. Little contact with partners or anyone at my firm.

I have an offer from Japan as C2H, but the onboarding date will be Sept 15 due to 5-6 weeks for the visa process.

15th was my LWD. So, should I join a company that allows full wfh and quit the company after 2 months to join the Japan opportunity?
Otherwise I will be losing of pay for 2months.

Hi..I have a techie situation... I need to return my former company's PC laptop (I work remote), and have some personal files on it that I've already copied, but want to remove. My login is not working any longer therefore I cannot access the system.

My company announced a hybrid plan starting in September (1-3 days per week in the office). Did anyone else’s company announce a hybrid plan?

Havas RTW is 9/13 with 3 days being in the office

Google’s return to office date has been pushed back to October 18

I have a friend at IBM who let me know they will be hybrid, only in office as needed. Not sure when that new policy is starting though

Anyone won the battle when being told you have to return to office but you want to stay remote? Not particularly interested in compromising considering I’ve been remote my entire tenure here, but they’re really trying to force it on us. All tips welcome. Background: no one on my working team lives in the same office, I’m just at the US HQ.
