Should I leave SAP Basis and start learning Front-end development?
Hi Fishes, I've nearly 2.5 YoE in SAP Basis module and I'm not able to figure things out. We were initially trained on ABAP but then told we would work on Basis. But, on seeing the scare no. of Job postings on Job sites and the difficulty in switching jobs. It seems to be a difficult thing going ahead with Basis. Can anyone advise me?

First year associate thinking about making the just from medium sized reputable IP firm to In House. Started at said firm summer of 1L year as a law clerk/patent agent in May 2019, have worked through school and full time as associate since Sept 2021. Feeling very “stuck” in day to day work. Theory: Trump is losing his mind because he’s essentially been forced to become celibate. He obviously loves chasing women of all kinds, but now he can’t. Four more years? He’ll go totally insane.

Lots of right wing hysteria about liberals trying to engineer equality of outcome to correct sexual/racial inequities (in higher ed, for example). I think we all want socioeconomic, gender and racial barriers to opportunities to be addressed, but no significant number of people really believe in equality of outcome right? This is just a straw man argument.

Let’s talk about TAX. I’ve never owed the government taxes till trumps regime. How come? My accountant gave me the real deal and Trump eliminated a lot for workers like me.

What’s the bowl’s position on anti-Chinese policies? To me it feels like if the US doesn’t do anything, it would just be surrendering to Chinese expansion which is counter to our national interest of maintaining global authority.
