You are doing it wrong
How are you reheating? Assuming it’s white meat, add a few drops of water before heating. Microwaves work by irradiating the water in the food to heat it, so it causes rapid water loss. If it’s dark meat, see ey1’s comment

Interesting. I’ll try this out!
1 Place piece of food on plate
2 Cover food with a clean and wet paper towel
3 Heat in microwave
4 Enjoy your juicy food
This works for chicken and other items. Will need to vary paper towel wetness depending on how moist you want the heated food to be
YES!
I just microwaved a few potatoes for lunch by wrapping them in wet paper towel. 3 min is all it takes!

Cook your chicken better to begin with
Yes. It’s always over cooked

Here’s a hack! Marinate your chicken in Greek yogurt before you make it!
We do it in the air fryer for 15 min!
Get an immersion circulator. Re-heat sous vide.

You gotta rub it and make it wet 💦
Foreplay is key

If you originally made it to a point where it’s lost a lot of moisture.. reheating it is like continuing the cooking process. So it’s going to lose more. When reheating. Try slow and low and slow with some broth, gravy or whatever to inject some more moisture.
