Trying to move a couple boxes of clothes in a storage unit from Chicago to NY. Moving companies are charging crazy amounts because there’s a minimum charge/load requirement. Moving to NYC from DC. I had planned to come up for a weekend or two to tour apartments. When would be the best time? I thought about a month ahead of needing to move - and then coming back a weekend or two later - would make sense.
