Hi Fishes, I've accepted offer from Accenture from their portal.. But now got new offer from EY and wants to join at EY. So how can I tell Accenture Accenture India that I'm not going to join them. Rather than not showing up on the date of joining? Can you please guide me? How do I let them know? My talent coach is not reachable

If you are early in your career this is just the foundational building. It gets more interesting for sure but you need to find your niche and learn the basics
Exactly
I would start looking for something else if you are already feeling that way. From what I have heard it only gets more draining from here. There is no work life balance in this industry.
Alright
Depends on how much longer you can see yourself doing it and whether that is sustainable. If you do have a structured career path and can make it through that, I think it’s worth it, but that’s just me, and having already gone through it too.
Certainly
Try private accounting? I was in public for 2.5 years and feeling the same. Now loving private accounting
Get out now. Especially if you’re young. Caveat: Don’t be an idiot and just quit without a contingency plan and some money saved up. But seriously, get out while you have the option because that monotonous daily grind will grind you down into a person who will snap or be fired. It’s better to take the reins on your own terms and find a career that you can at least have interest in and/or enjoy. Someone posted that they interview even if they’re not actively looking for a job to know what the interview process is now and to evaluate themselves. I think this is very smart advice as well. I hope this helps!
