I have 2+ years experience with Salesforce, before Salesforce I was a full-stack dev with some DevsOps experience. I worked for Finance Services and Oil & Gas companies. I am a salesforce developer, I want to do salesforce admin stuff on the side. Its usually super easy and I could probably do like 10 hours a week of work. But idk how to find some business to hire me for like 40 hours a month. Small shops aren't usually using recruiters I would think?
