It sounds like the client just has no confidence in their own decisions. What might work, if you can implement it somehow, is coming up with some data that indicated which designs and names are most effective. Just doing some informal focus grouping might deliver that. Or maybe coming up with a brand book that settles on the designs and logos would finally nail it down somehow. Perhaps putting it down in writing would convince them to stick to something consistent.
LOLOLOL OP this post is too real. I have a couple clients like that currently and I just remind myself I get paid the same no matter how long it takes them to make up their mind. However, I will admit that it can be pretty frustrating waiting for them to make up their mind so we can wrap things up.
