Unemployed for over two years, I am an experienced Facilities Manager with strengths in commercial, residential, and physical security operations. What has been most frustrating is the modern hiring process: multiple screeners, repetitive Teams interviews, scripted behavioral questions, and long gaps in communication, often ending with a generic rejection. After several rounds, it is easy to forget the role entirely, making the process feel inefficient, impersonal, and demoralizing at times now.

I received an offer from Optum on the first day of joining of another organization. The offer is much much better than at which I have joined. I am really feeling low. What should I do?
