WFH feels flexible but isn’t. Constant monitoring, unachievable targets, software issues and a deficit system push you beyond shift hours, yet they still say work must be finished “within working hours,” making it seem like your fault. Breaks are impossible. Quality needs 99.5% with stressful screen-share error calls. Overall mentally exhausting and overwhelming for most employees.

I prepared a presentation for an interview with a sales leader, it went well and I was offered a final interview with regional manager. The sales leader I interviewed with gave me a bunch of feedback, but said to find out information about tech stack, which I for some reason, didn’t consider. I come to find out that deep, hidden within the website of the hypothetical client, they use the service already. Do I roll into the final interview and play dumb or do i present and then come clean?

When will it end?

Our school uses Foss Kits for Science and I was told when students return, we will need to sanitize all items before and after each use. This doesn’t seem possible in a middle school setting where each period has a 4 minute break and 25 students in each period. What do you do in your classroom to minimize the amount of work needed to clean and sanitize items. I don’t want to short change the students’ hands-on experiences.
