I've tried to negotiate with deloitte but they are not ready to negotiate and asking me to join on the same CTC which was initially provided. I'm confused to select the company. Hi Guy's, I don't know what I'm doing wrong at the time of refer anyone in the cognizant. Whenever I refer someone, his/her profile does not progress beyond the "under review" section.
So far I have referred 3 people and all three profiles are under review section and under review and " under review" is showing 0% for all three profiles.
