After uploading documents in Bosch First Services one week ago, there was no update from them, when I replied to them via mail - They said we will get back to you.Is this sign of getting compensation breakup or they looking for other candidates.I have offer from CGI and only 3 days is remaining to accept. What should I do in this case?As CGI has said if you don't join after accepting offer we will blacklist you.

A1 can you explain this mega backdoor Roth IRA? Benefits and how to enroll/activate
Traditional and Roth are meant to give almost identical results IF you take the tax savings from traditional and invest it in a brokerage account (it would essentially pay your tax due when you withdraw). Employer contributions are already considered traditional so I do 100% Roth. The ability to withdraw non taxable income in retirement can’t be emphasized enough. Impacts how much of SS is taxable (if it’s still there), how much you pay for Medicare premiums, etc. I don’t think people fully realize how incredible Roth accounts are. Imagine being retired and having $2M in Roth and $1M in traditional compared to someone that has $3M in traditional and $500k in brokerage. Although you have more in 2nd scenario you have no flexibility and pay more in tax during retirement.
This is some of the worst advice I’ve seen on here.
