i got two offers one from kpmg India Bengaluru - 10.5Lpa and Capgemini 11.1 LPA Coimbatore (hometown)

Which should be the best option among those? I am confused reg some points like expense in bangalore will be high than Coimbatore ​so capgemini looking good option. But reputation wise kpmg feels good.

Which is better? Any advice would help​

My question is how many days does it takes to release offer letter ?
Is the salary offered good or should I try for more negotiation ?
