US B1 tourist visa question. I submitted my DS160 last year and since then some personal details have changed. My appointment is scheduled for Jan 2023. How can I update my DS160 and resubmit? Or should I not bother?

I am an senior associate at a small (8-10 attorneys) immigration firm in NYC. My base is 110k and I get 30% for the cases and clients I bring in. My revenue was 370k last year and I did 250k till April this year.
