He wants me to wrap up some BIA briefs before I leave however I’m reviewing the record for a lot these and I’m seeing that a lot of the arguments for Asylum, Withhold, and CAT are incomplete. How I’m going to argue that the IC abused its discretion or misapplied the law when we made a facially insufficient argument for relief?

Thoughts on choosing Irvington vs American attendance area? Also open to recommendations for good school districts in other affordable Bay Area locations.
