VCs starting to leave firms and pivot to banking... Has anyone else been hearing the same? I was thinking of leaving banking to move into a VC role lol.

MBB AP about to exit to non-FAANG tech. Would you expect a signing bonus and/or pre-determined severance pay if things don't work out with the new company? Anything else that people have negotiated during their exit? I'd be leaving a large amount of bonus on the table to leave before the end of the year.
