I'm a corporate recruiter with 3 years of experience. Finishing my degree in HRM 5/2022. I'm thinking of getting my SHRM -CP shortly after graduation.

I'm not sure of where to go after that, but I doubt I will stick with recruiting or my current firm.

My husband just received a job offer on an opportunity he is really excited about. It would be great for his career and they are giving the 15% jump in base he asked for, however they won’t share what the target bonus amount would be. I had actually applied through a referral to Deliotte for Fx settlemets position. I got a call from Hr asking for CTC and notice period. Haven’t heard back since 2 weeks. Does it take long for them to schedule a interview or what could be the case?

4YOE @Amazon & trying to lateral to a similar role @FAANG. Have my undergrad GPA (3.8/4) on resume from top 15 school but colleague says to take it off (looks silly). If it’s a good school & high GPA, why ever take it off your resume? Even if 10 YOE...can’t hurt?
