Very Urgent advice needed

This is My first switch.

I have an offer from Accenture, joining is on 23rd March.
I am expecting an offer from EPAM this week and they want me to join by next week itself.

EPAM are ready to provide hike based on the Accenture offer. As the project in EPAM it is for legacy technology, I don't want to join.

What should I do so that I get offer from EPAM and negotiate with Accenture to revise the fixed CTC.

Anybody else have a desire to bill more hours on a project than you actually work when the project itself is incredibly frustrating? In agency and/or freelance? Because let’s be real, 1 hour of standard work does NOT equal 1 hour of work when someone makes your job incredibly difficult.

Hi guys I am posting this again I have offer of almost same package from Accenture and IBM . Accenture offering is very slight more but that's not my key consideration. Which company is better in terms of job security, work life balance. That's the top most factor I am considering. Learning and project and latest niche technology is the other important factor after first 2 factors .

How to get released from a project.

Can we get some experiences from people for Microsoft Federal consulting? Specifically the account delivery roles? Things like work life balance, time remote vs on client sites, compensation, etc? Would you say it is more like "Microsoft" or has that part of the company just replicated Deloitte, Booz Allen, etc?

I am Senior Project Manger and Product Owner in the government arena. I had 10 years experience in product ownership, software engineer management and agile, business and strategic consulting prior to jumping over to the public sector. Current pay is 170s. I am looking at moving back over to the private sector. Is it reasonable to expect that level of pay for a project/program manager role?

Hi Guys,I joined Cognizant as a BA.One client took interview for RPA Project.I was pretty happy it's a new tech but into the project the onsite BA's r doing all the work n m just creating documentation.I am really frustrated.I picked cognizant of many good offers.They r spoiling my career.What shud I do? But due to the diminishing demands of the role in IT industry , I am planning to switch my career in Devops or AWS which would help me grow.
