Hearing this company name for the very first time. Having worked at MS for almost 4 years, I can say there are positives and negatives. You can research the same about the other company.
Work culture - Everyone over there is a hustler, as everyone is competing to be the best and get the best bonus.
Working hours - Mostly US driven (even where there is no foreigner involved, they just follow late night working hours for some reason.
So less WLB.
Bonus are good, in the range of 15-20%
Firing rounds do happen so less job security compared to other EU banks
Location - This could be a factor. This new company is in Airoli and is nearby for people living on the central side or navi Mumbai. MS office is in Goregaon (3 days WFO policy)
VP title - this could be a game changer, as many companies only hire you as VP if you have this title.
Check how is the growth and stability of the other firm. As MS is pretty stable in terms of its operations (ie it will stay in Mumbai for many more years to come, can we assume the same for the other firm?)

It can’t be same. Morgan also offers Performance bonus. Also r u sure for credit agriole it's permanent position?
They started Cardi Agricole CIB in Mumbai - Airloli recently and offering permanent role.
MS - 60 LPA fixed + Perf bonus .( VP tech arch in CDRR functionl domain)
Credit Agricole CIB - 57 LPA fixed + perf Bonus.
Credit Agricole CIB are setting up new office in Mumbai Airoli and it's permanent position with them.
Without any doubt go for credit agricol.
MS, work pressure is too much and work culture is bad. If you are getting 57 for AVP then for VP obviously the salary range high.
So go for AVP and enjoy less responsibility with peace
Any one you know working in Credit Agricole CIB , just to get some reality check review?
CIB also has work pressure. Job security is bit higher in CIB. From monetary perspective Morgan is giving u 5 Lakh more considering morgan easily gives 15% variable for avg performer. I doubt CIB would give even 10%.
What was your last drawn ctc? I believe go for cib, ms can be very meagre in bonuses under avg years.
Other firm seems promising, it is huge bank of EU based out of France. Only confusion here is on job security in MS, it's really low
