Offer1: 135k base + 6k sign on bonus + variable bonus at John Deere

Offer2: 145k base + variable bonus at Wolters Kluwer

Need support on work visa sponsorship as well.

I’ve been in my position with the Federal Government for over six years. I have never received a grade increase for the time that I was there, yet all of my reviews have been favorable down to me being able to receive monetary bonuses. Just recently I asked my supervisor why I haven’t I received a grade increase, she said my title doesn’t call for one. Any suggestions on how I should handle this matter? Thanks.

I was promised that my salary will increase and as far as I know Partner has conveyed this request to the HR, but I still have not got any updates , so is it possible that , HR can deny the request, or they ar bound to do so ?. Who decides our CTC and increment ?

Senior engineer making 135k and I was offered a promotion to engineering manager after completing a development plan. Near the end of the plan and I expect compensation talks to start soon. Based on some research around Boston and my role in the company, I feel 165k plus 10-15% bonus is fair. Nonetheless, first time going through something like this and asking for thoughts and comments. Got an offer for SE III at a large tech company. Product I'd be working on interests me and I think I could grow more than in my current role.

Currently I make 180k base and have ISO/RSUs @ startup (60k/yr worth on paper, but won't be worth anything for a few years, if at all).

The offer is:
Base: $166,500
Target Bonus: 10% ($16,650)
RSU: 120k total (30k/yr)

Thoughts on offer? Should I counter?

Additionally there's a yearly target RSU bonus about equal to the cash bonus. Thoughts? 4.5 YOE

I am in the Houston area at an energy related tech company as a software engineer. I have been working here a year and a half and got a 10% raise (70->77) but don't know if I am being undervalued.
