Do you need to have the title as listed on your PERM application by the time you file the PERM application? In another words, can you file for a manager perm when you are currently still a senior and on track to be promoted in the next 3 months

My security clearance asks for 10 years but nothing before 18, and it seems weird if Deloitte wants to know high school jobs.

Hi! I recently switched to a new employer, who promised in writing on email that they’d start my GC process right after I complete 3 months with the firm. I’m currently on the 4th month and the process has not yet begun.
