My LM is so keen on small small things, not related to coding but documentation and all. Atleast once in a week I'm committing mistakes on small documentation points n he is stressing on same. Are there any chances that my probation will not be extended or is it a clue for me from my LM. He is Looping his LM and asking questions/clarifications.
Should I ask him directly or can be ignored or need to try outside. Please suggest Barclays

Do you have middle school aged kids? That’s the only thing that makes this salient. If you have a baby(ies) then this likely is irrelevant. You are an Associate. If you have young kids the likelihood you will live in this house by the time middle school comes around is next to zero. We bought a house with good elementary but bad middle and high. We moved before we ever even used the elementary. When you are shopping for your “forever home” (not really forever, but likely till retirement) then pay a lot more attention to this. We now live where all the schools are great—E, M, HS but this was not our first house. And we plan to live here until kiddo goes to college. Just plan for the near term needs if you have young kids at this stage in your career.
Agree with MD1. When we got married and bought our first house, we went through the hurdle of getting great E, M and H schools, and a lot of bedrooms, thinking we will be there long terms.
5 years passed by... we moved and our kid was only 1. Never had a chance to use half the bedrooms in our house and schools aren’t relevant.
Plan for 5-10’yrs probably imo as most move or upgrade by then.
Agree with MD1 but would also add to look into why the middle school is a 5. We live in an area where elementary and middle schools are fantastic but high school is a 5 though families use to brag about sending their kids there.
When looking at the ratings, basically the school’s overall rating is pulled down because they don’t do a good job teaching lower income students and providing additional resources for them. Not to sweep that under the rug but it doesn’t directly impact my kids. All other items score really well and so I’m not worried.
