That is very hard to answer right now. Health insurance has gone through the roof these past few years. What is “decent” now would have been awful to me a few years ago. The best advice is to focus on your current needs and make sure those will be met with the insurance.
To me, 450 a paycheck or less for a family plan with co-pays and a 3k deductible.
I’ve never needed insurance. Just paying for the families out-of-pocket costs when needed, especially with self-pay discounts, saves more than enough in premiums to be worth it for me.

very good question. I just switched jobs and then the new company's insurance significantly changed for the next year, so its really hard to tell
