The skill "Prompt engineering" is not scam. But social media advertisements to "learn AI and get 50 lpa package" those are definitely scam. In the name of teaching AI they give some very very basic idea like what is prompt engineering, zero shot, one shot, few shot and some other very very basic things. These neither help you land a good job nor helps in any case. Those are purely scam. I myself am a Generative AI developer and made amazing advanced bots. But I can give you in written that none of those fraud youtube ads which claims to get you an AI job with high package are realistic. It's just taking out money from people.

You don't need to pay any money for learning Prompt Engineering.
Rather then that Start using AI in you daily work and use ChatGPT like AI for asking anything.
See in AI prompt Context is everything in any situation you just need to give context for better results.
