I am currently a biomedical engineer at @U.S. Food and Drug Administration with over two years of experience. I would like to hear everyone's experience navigating the GS increase (salary raise) as a government employee. Here are some questions for discussion. How long did it take you to be promoted to the next pay grade? What do you think contributed the most to that salary increase?
