Well I’m working for this urgent care, and I’ve been called out twice about being rude to patient but they come to me with attitude and I try to explain but they scream or yell at me and I’m very close on quitting because what I see is they care more about the patient than their employees. I worked for a primary care office in a different state and they cared about us the employees. should i just quit?

How do you navigate a job offer that is contingent on the firm calling professional references? I don’t want to tell my current firm I’m leaving for this other firm until it’s official…which means I can’t use my current bosses as references. I have been with this firm since I graduated law school (5+ years), so I don’t have other legal references. I had a pre-law career…but that was so long ago. I’m not sure what to do…any suggestions?

Instead, they have decided to pursue program manager or cloud consultant roles, which they feel might have a lower barrier to entry from an assessment standpoint. Not sure if the bowl agrees but would like to get your thoughts, thanks!
