Wha is the yearly salary hike at EY consulting in NY area at Senior manager level

I work in commercial real estate retail leasing. Current employer just increased base to $100k with avg. 20-35% bonus/commissions combined. Received offer to exclusively work for a tenant and help them open new locations. $115k base 10% bonus & also stock options. Remote work, lots of driving, similar job title. Its a VC funded startup & aggressively growing. I’ve never worked for a start up, so curious what everyone’s experiences are and any feedback would be super appreciated thank you!!

Hi All! Looking for some advice. I am a manager a country club but I do everything. I’m in charge of outside events and member events, in charge of the front of house staff, scheduling, ordering and membership sales for the club. I feel I am very underpaid at $45k. I recently interviewed for VMLY & R for a senior account executive…I asked for $85k - $95k they said max they can do is $85k and that’s pushing but u looked on Glassdoor and the average is like $115k should I keep pushing for more?

A coworker and I Both have been a tech for the same amount of years but she got 1.50 more than I did.
