Guys , whoever is interviewing and planning to join , do ask project availablity on priority basis before you take decision. On Java front looks like there is some project issue due to recent slowdown in market. My offer was not revised even after agreement with recruiter because of this.

Anyone joined coforge recently? Any reviews for the same? Is it worth to join this organisation? They told me they are hiring for Santander bank account but still be having client interview before onboarding to project. Any idea on this account? Is it tough to crack client interview over there? Hello Guys,
I joined Cognizant recently, the project interview calls which I am getting is not from my base location.
I have the location constraint, should I wait for the right opportunity or raise this concern to ADP team so they can look in to it?
As per ADP policy, one should not have any constraints and take the project as FCFS basis.

If last year rating is till 2 rhey can't put u in pip.
So before this year rating release undnt except pip just deny.
You can give medical emergency document and ask for release upon that and say that I like to join project near home town due to unfrozen circumstances.
If they deny to release then be lazy and let them do whatever they do.
U keep. Focus in study and search outside.
Don't talk anything in project as well about PIP or ur plan.. Every thing will be out to manager then okay.
