What an insult! A very close relative works for one of the largest healthcare insurance companies, notorious for its care and referral denials and its outstanding positive bottom line; yesterday this person got a performance review and a $.13/salary increase; my math says that's $270.40/year (based on the planned 2080 workhours). WHAT AN INSULT. How does one compliment an employee and then say "your salary increase will be $.13/hour?" And we wonder why people are unhappy with jobs. Thoughts?
