Always struggled with confidence but experienced some brutal/toxic management with my HR role with a bad business partner (now in a new role), and I am continuing to struggle with my confidence. I read a lot of self help books so I know a lot of the theory, and books peppered with examples help, but I feel like most 1 paragraph examples don’t five justice to how hard it may be to change a behavior.

What's the norm of calling your Managers/Counselors in EY GDS? I'm used to calling everyone by their first name in my previous organization, but here I'm seeing people calling managers and seniors managers "Sir".
