I’m responsible for strategy, comms and key partnerships for a bank product. It reports through Customer Experience but touches product, Ops. marketing. It’s basically a Project Manager role but more nuanced.

I am not finding a lot of stuff written for lawyers specifically , but there is a lot directed at “managers” in business generally that I imagine could be applicable.

I have worked my way up in Insurance for 4 years but the 1st year being an intern/front desk/admin and was promoted twice and now an account associate helping my AMs/AEs manage our Producers' books of business. I was recently approached by a big brokerage for a Client Manager position. I’m curious to hear which insurance company has the best work life balance for a senior commercial or middle market underwriting role. Whenever I got promoted to digital ACD a few years ago, I noticed my pay was much lower than I expected for the market I’m in, hard to find skillsets, performance, and visibility I’ve brought to the agency.
