Any suggestions for anger management books?

Are there any good movies or novels that show skill development - like follow through? Self-management? Money management? I read a lot of self help books so I know a lot of the theory, and books peppered with examples help, but I feel like most 1 paragraph examples don’t five justice to how hard it may be to change a behavior.

A friend of mine from a top tier consulting firm was counseled out. Do you consider it ethical that his career counselor is intentially spreading the information to his colleagues and to other consultants from other companies in the project? What can he do about it? This place is filled with weak minded people that complain too much. Be happy to have a job that's better than 99.9% of the worlds population and try to enjoy life a little bit.

I have ~4ys industry experience, considering Slalom in the Cloud/DevOps space. LCOL area, what type of TC could I expect? What do promotions look like from C to SC?
