Anyone familiar with working for Kiavi/LendingHome? My experience is in private equity and structured products, I’ve been wanting to leave that and enter real estate for a while. They’re a self-proclaimed FinTech organization and I’m not at all familiar with that kind of structure for a company.

Plan to go to B-school in 3 years (1 year out of UG now). Long term goal is entrepreneurship. Have offers at a MBB firm for a generalist consultant role and at FAANG for a strategy role. FAANG offer is slightly higher (though both are a 50+% bump on my current comp). Both would have me reset to entry level. Which one should I take?

Hi i’m a first year college student, right out of high school, I live on my own off campus and I currently work at a fast food place because it works so well with my schedule, (i mostly work nights after class and weekends) i am majoring in pre-med and have no clue what job i should be doing now? I was just talking to a younger friend who goes to Cal and It seems like the kids these days hate FAANG or at least Amazon and Facebook are not desired at all. I personally don’t see too many issues working at either Amazon or Facebook because I work at Deloitte where I’m sure we have many questionable clients and worked in financial services before. Hi fishes, I got 5+ years of work ex of which 2 years was in domain non IT job. While joining Accenture I was offered level 11 (As SAP functional CONSULTANT) while I believe I should be at level 10. What can I do? Is it that just your IT work ex they consider? Suggest things I could do. Completed 8 months in Accenture now as SAP Functional consultant.
