Say no to new work so you can spend more time focusing on the details of the work already assigned.
Make an ongoing to do list. I'm scatterbrained too and have to constantly remind myself to focus on the task at hand. Bring my attention back to the present. Small written reminders!

Keep a checklist of things to check and run through it before you submit your work.
Every time someone tells you, "this should be this way" and you agree with them, add it to the checklist. That way you ensure that you never miss the same detail twice.
Start turning tasks down, and communicate that you have a lot on your plate and don’t want to sacrifice quality.
You have a lot higher chance of being rated low at the end of the project if your quality is low, than if you turn down work. Just make sure to appropriately communicate why you can’t take the work on, what else you have on your plate.
I often catch details that I would’ve missed when I print out the documents I’m reviewing.
