I have received a offer from Dubai based company of 16k AED per month. They are providing employment visa of 3 years to me. I have 3 members of family including me. I have to manage flat etc on my own after one month.

Pls guide whether it's good option to move in Dubai or not.

Currently 31 with 6.5 YOE and single . Should have NW of 250k by end of this year. (No significant assets in India). Considering this money all reminds invested I should have a decent nest egg for retirement. Have an LIC policy that will be worth arnd 50 lakhs when I surrender it (plan down payment for an apartment). Struggling to convince parents this should be enough for me to move back. Hypothetically, if BBB was delayed and brought to the Senate floor next year (let's say February 2022) and passed, and the January 1st date for ending Roth conversions is left unchanged, what would happen to Americans who performed After-Tax 401k to Roth conversions in January? Would 401k custodians have to reverse the transactions and somehow factor in gains earned in users' Roth accounts since the conversion? Could there be penalties?

The title is standard “counsel” although the work would be with the senior leadership team and reporting to the GC in Europe. How reasonable is it to ask for a bump in title - Senior counsel or Head of Legal, US? If it matters, I am a 6th year and have been told that I will be expected to hire a junior or paralegal as we build up.

When my job is to handle all the corporations issues does it ever get hard to see the light at the end of the tunnel? Like that this business will survive? It will get its next round of funding?
