What do Deloitte GPS PPMDs make?
Can someone guide on this?

Hi,
My last working day was 11th Nov and I submitted my asset to TCS location and got the Initial release letter as well. Later on 17th or 18th of Nov, I got a message from TCS that they have sent the Packing material through Vendor, please accept it.
I didn't accept the material and cancelled it when the delivery boy came to my location.
So, is it going to create any problem in getting reliving letter? Share your thought please

“Reflecting on and adopting the use of micro-affirmations would be a positive strategy to prevent microaggressions. Micro-affirmations are small acts that foster inclusion, listening, comfort and support for people who may feel isolated or invisible in their environment. Focus on action, not avoidance – create new good behaviours.”

Rising Star
I have a few things. (I work from home and I’m in a call center role so I basically only do my job when I’m in a call)
I do my nails, or make press ons.
I prep my after shift/weekend tokes.
Play piddle games in my phone
Work on my budgeting.
Basically I have adhd so If I do something it distracts me from stress and keeps my hands busy
Rising Star
Honestly yes. Considering the whole RTO mess. I’ve been working for my home since 2017. I will always be a WFH advocate.
I take breaks at work no matter what. I need them for my own mental health to be honest with you. Sometimes you have to force those breaks even when it is busy.

I mean depending on your role you could be forced to have breaks. My job requires us to have breaks
Occasionally give yourself a random 3 day weekend by taking a PTO day on a Monday, or even a midweek break on a Weds, but on a day that you don’t have anything specific planned so that you can just chill

This is my favorite. Taking a Monday or a Friday for a longer weekend helps so much!
You have to make the time. Exercise helps me a lot, so I try to have a short walk every day plus 3 cardio sessions a week, and some weight lifting a couple of times a week. More time with friends and family is never a bad thing either.
I always look forward to my morning walks with my dog to destress. I also exercise after work and try to not check my emails once I’m logged off for the day.
