When looking at offices to work in, what do you value the most? As a realtor, to me what matters the most is flexibility in my hours.

I am having 4 YOE as a Salesforce developer , I joined techM on july21 but I am thinking to put papers because of my pay and also my project , I am not seeing any learning scope in my project . currently I am getting 12.5 lpa ,

how much can I expect If I put papers now and attend interviews.
I am 3x Salesforce certified and 2x copado devops certified.

3.4 non stem gpa from top tier college, but had solid ECs in college that took up a lot of time. 3YOE at McKinsey, made manager, followed by 2 yrs at mega fund PE. No serious ECs other than the occasional volunteering. Solid rec letters, 760 GMAT. ORM male

Anyone feel like your job sees you as "one of the good ones?" It hasn't explicitly been said, but I'm one of the only Black attorneys at the firm and I think my white colleagues and partners see me as an example of how Black folks "should be" cause I mind my business. Going through a closeout. 50-50 profit share allocation, but my business partner has been using the venture money at their personal piggy bank (hence the breakup). My accountants say because we agreed to 50-50 shares, the leftover money has to be divided equally.

They spent $100k in the last month on random "work stuff" but bought a new car, etc. Now I have to pay for it with less equity return!

Just wanted to rant, I'll probably never go into a partnership again.

I joined pwc last month, and absolutely hating it here. Each weekend has been working, 12-15 hours work day is minimum expectation. And there's extreme hierarchy, where even after you spend 24 hours working on something, the director decides he wants something completely different and you delete and restart. (Note that you request them to review and give their pov earlier on, but they never take the time out)
