The question you have and the concern you've stated do not necessarily have a lot of overlap.
If you think about how paying for healthcare in this country works, your employer is only really responsible for determining what plans are available to you and what percentage of the plan cost they will cover.
It is then that plan which decides how much they will pay for certain services, what providers are "in-network," what the deductible is, what the co-pay amounts are beyond that, and what the out-of-pocket maximums are. They also determine what drugs are covered.
You decide which of the offered plans you want based on all of those factors.
You could have great insurance, have it 100% paid for by your employer, and still have very large bills until your deductible is hit.
So the question it sounds like you want to ask is what company's offer good medical plans. I for one have been happy with what EY offers, but it is all so facts and circumstances that I would not be surprised if there are people who find what EY offers to be terrible for their situation.
True it can be complicated to individuals because I’m paying so much this year on health insurance
