I have an experience of near 6 years and I have an offer from JPMC and Pepsico. There's a difference of 5-6 LPA. Pepsico is paying more which is basically a variable component. In Pepsico, project/product development will start from scratch. Though JPMC is an established brand name. Which company should I join? Any suggestions and advice are most welcome.

6 years at a start up and the first to break through Mm and now Ent accounts. I broke the comp plan. I was paid a lower commission rate as the first rep hitting high numbers. The guys behind me they adjusted commission rates and spiffed them to equal and in some cases surpass my pay. My revenue as the top rep is a full third higher than the number 2 rep. To save their asses they promoted me and gave me a small base bump but kept my commissions % low so that my high number was my new at plan.

If you had a choice between Jones Day and Schulte, which would/should you choose and why? It’s hard to look pass the ranking/prestige of Jones Day but they are black box whereas Schulte is lockstep and a funds specialist firm which could lead to GC roles at a fund quite easily in the long term. What are some tips you all have to build confidence in dogs? I adopted my dog at around 1.5 yo, and the shelter didn’t have much info on his background, but he was so scared when he first came into the shelter they had to muzzle him. I’ve had him now for ~1.5 years and we’ve made so much progress, but still a lot to work on. He barks at children and occasionally men (he’s gotten a lot better on this), and will approach bigger dogs to greet but will snap at them all of a sudden.
