Ey5 what about it is a mess? I came from D. It’s really not that big of a difference. I have friends in PwC who also say the same thing. These are just people upset about their year end bonus. Everyone is equally unhappy at the other big4 too

All consulting firms put people first and treat them right….! Mckinsey and BCG treat them the best but big 4 are not far behind!
People are assets. It depends on your ability to bring business, manage perception, and build relationships….. so yes I am serious.
Big tech is dependent on your ability to build …. Different set of expectations based on same underlying principles…

Not the case firm wide, sadly. Since the Bain acquisition, the culture has tanked in several verticals.
